The city government of Biñan in Laguna led by its City Mayor Marlyn B. Alonte-Naguiat strongly believes in the wisdom of the full disclosure policy of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).  As a matter of policy and practice, every single department of the city government is duty-bound to  abide by this  policy. We are happy to note that even without the existence of such directive from DILG, we already recognize the importance of this policy as a defining feature of my administration.

 

Conversely, any violation or wanton disregard of this policy within the city government of Biñan shall not go unpunished.
